Interport Finance, a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol that provides fast cross-chain swaps and bridge solutions, has recently become a member of the Chainlink BUILD program. By joining this program, Interport Finance will be able to utilize Chainlink’s oracle services and technical support to enhance its ecosystem. The team at Interport Finance has expressed their focus on driving broader DeFi growth and adoption of cross-chain swaps.
Interport Finance co-founder DSB stated, “We are thrilled to be a part of Chainlink BUILD, as it gives us early access to Chainlink’s cutting-edge platform and helps accelerate the growth of Interport Finance. By developing secure onchain financial solutions and aligning our vibrant community with the Chainlink ecosystem, we are contributing to the widespread adoption of blockchain technology.”
Through its participation in the BUILD program, Interport Finance will expand its utilization of Chainlink solutions, such as Chainlink CCIP for cross-chain transfers and Chainlink Price Feeds for obtaining real-world data. The platform expressed that their involvement in BUILD will strengthen their integration with Chainlink, providing them with priority support from the Chainlink ecosystem, increased access to essential Web3 services, and a closer alignment between the Chainlink and Interport communities.
This integration brings Interport Finance closer to its goal of unifying the fragmented blockchain space and pushing the boundaries of cross-chain functionality for the benefit of the wider DeFi ecosystem. The BUILD program will help Interport Finance maximize its potential by leveraging Chainlink’s secure and reliable oracle infrastructure.
Interport Finance offers a suite of three products. Firstly, their cross-chain swaps enable users to trade tokens on any blockchain network. Secondly, their bridge allows for asset transfers without incurring additional trading fees. Lastly, their gas transfer feature enables users to take advantage of multi-chain native token refills.
As part of the integration, Interport Finance will allocate 5% of the total supply of its native token ITP to Chainlink service providers, including stakers. Additionally, Interport will cover the network fees to incentivize the Chainlink community.
